Confidentiality
June 25th, 2007 7:42 AM

Hello everyone! Well, the appraisal convention was very informative and enjoyable. But we are glad to be back in the office. Wayyyy too hot in Vegas!

One of the "Hot-Stove" topics of the convention was confidentiality.

  • How to make sure the private information we are privy to remains so.
  • How to insure our reports are not accessible to non-intended users.
  • Continued support of our lenders by maintaining complaint with the "GLB" act.
  • And lastly: Who really owns the appraisal report?" For a detailed discussion of this topic, click below) https://www.saveryappraisals.com/FAQ#ownsReport

As mentioned in our previous blog, our objective in attending and participating in such conventions and or continuing education courses is to better serve you.

To that end, the most notable change in our efforts to maintain the confidentiality of all information will be in the way our reports are delivered. Don't panic, nothing drastic here!

In our next blog, look for: How can we help you drive more traffic to that website of yours?

As always, if you have any questions or related topics, please feel free to post a comment.

    Have a great week!
