Having lived and worked in the central San Joaquin valley for all of my adult life, I know the valley very well. From California City to Madera, from Coalinga to Three Rivers; there isn't a community I'm not familiar with.

    I have seen the changes in the market from one community to the next. I was here when the market was dead and I was here when the market was booming. Now with this volatile market, I am poised to take on the new challenges this presents.
